A. PowerLayer is a decentralized platform for fundraising, wrapping real world assets, and cashing in and trading future option yields for renewable energy assets
A. Persons located in or residents of the United States, DPR Korea, Iran, Venezuela, PR China or any other jurisdiction in which it is prohibited from using the Service (Service provided by PowerLayer) are not permitted to make use of the Service.

A. There are several ways to participate in PowerLayer. First, you can directly purchase our on-chain yield-bearing NFTs, which are backed by real-world renewable energy assets, from projects that are currently on sale. Each NFT corresponds to a specific month and can be redeemed for returns when it matures. Alternatively, you can buy these yield-bearing NFTs from active projects on the secondary market.
A. PowerLayer Yield NFTs are on-chain assets backed by real-world renewable energy projects, providing monthly returns. These NFTs are valued in stablecoins and issued in the form of ERC-1155 tokens. Each NFT corresponds to a specific month within a fixed term, such as 240 months, and can be redeemed for returns when it matures.
A. A Token Bound Account (TBA) is a unique account created for each user within a specific project on PowerLayer, holding all the yield-bearing NFTs related to that project. This setup allows users to easily manage and track their NFTs, ensuring a clear and organized way to handle their assets. Additionally, it keeps third-party NFT marketplaces, like OpenSea, uncluttered by multiple NFTs, providing a cleaner and more efficient user experience. Ownership of a TBA can be transferred by transferring the specific NFT bound to the account, allowing users to sell or transfer all NFTs associated with a particular project in one go. For more details, please refer to this link.
A. The suggested price is calculated using the project's IRR as the discount rate to determine the current value of each NFT. For detailed information on the formula used, please refer to theĀ document.
However, the secondary market price may vary from the suggested price due to traders' individual perspectives and strategies.
